What is your warranty claims process?Updated 2 months ago

If you have a product that seems faulty or not up to standard, please reach out to our support team by email [email protected]. Please include your original order number, clear details of the defect, as well as photos and/or videos supporting your claim. Depending on the supplier and their warranty management process, they will either get in touch with you directly, or we will manage on your behalf.
