How do I return my order?Updated 2 months ago

You can return your order within 30 days from the day you received it.  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused and returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags. 

Please email [email protected] within this timeframe, so we can resolve any issues and initiate the returns process.

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

If returning products due to a change of mind, please note the shipping cost and any potential loss, theft or damage whilst in transit, is at the responsibility of the customer.
