Do you offer refunds?Updated 2 months ago

Yes, we do! We have a 30 day returns policy (from the date of delivery), allowing you to receive a store credit or refund for any products you wish to return. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused and returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags. Please note any clearance items are not eligible. 

Unfortunately Gift Cards and downloadable eBooks are unable to be returned. 

To return an item, please send an email to our customer service team [email protected]. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

If returning products due to a change of mind, please note the shipping cost and any potential loss, theft or damage whilst in transit, is at the responsibility of the customer.
